I am downtown with my kids for a dance competition (yay!). So, I decided to go for a walk around the various hotel parking garages looking for interesting cars. In Atlanta, this means that I went for a long boring walk. Nonetheless, here is what I found:

Kinja'd!!!

Tomorrow, we invade Canada. But tonight, a good nights sleep at the Sheraton

Kinja'd!!!

Audi being Audi

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

A couple of previously unknown electric vehicles from Toyota and VW.

Kinja'd!!!

Like peas and carrots.

Kinja'd!!!

At least the suspension hasn’t collapsed.......yet.

Kinja'd!!!

R107

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Sadly, the most interesting thing I saw.

Kinja'd!!!

This is the answer, isn’t it?

Kinja'd!!!

Dare to be different.

Anyone know of anything fun and car related to do within walking distance of the Atlanta Sheraton.

I’ll have to disagree. When I take my kid to school in the mornings I see at least 10 what I would consider cool cars in that 10 miles. Just yesterday I saw a 964, an E30 M3, new M6, old Jag, a McLaren, a 1st gen Bronco, an FJ60. Did I mention it was raining?

it has been some time, but there used to be a cruise night every saturday around downtown. Also, Buckhead is pretty nice, I usually used to post up at the JW Mariott and let the town car drive my drunk ass around

I am being facetious of course. Every town has its car culture. I was just expecting better this morning. I probably saw more Audis than Toyotas.

I drove my 911 cab to work yesterday in the rain, but only because I had to take it in for an alignment.

That’s quite a list in 10 miles.

What is this curious hitch attachment?

I really like parts of this rig... Overall, nope. But parts of it are awesome. I would only mention the good parts to the owner.

Judging from how clean it is, that jeep probably legit offroads. Only the faux offroaders leave the dirt on their truck after the trip.

“I am downtown with my kids for a dance competition”

Cross posted to wrong site?

Wanted to go to Atlanta Motor Speedway for Summit Racing car show but wife made him go to dance competition, thus generated a bit of a ‘tude and elected to take it out on the fine city of Atlanta?

Secretly likes boring German cars and unfortunately shaped Pontiac’s; found an underhanded way to post pictures of them on Jalopnik?

Oh I thought you were serious. Even though the Camry is the best selling car in GA, there’s seems to be enough enthusiasts to keep things interesting.

Close. Wife has class, so yeah, I was drafted. If not here, the destination would have been Road Atlanta which is only a mile from my house, for MotoAmerica.
